Today marks the launch of CHOSA’s Community Art Fundraiser at http://www.chosa.org/fundraiser! We need your help to create a unique community art piece: a South African-themed digital mosaic! All proceeds benefit CHOSA’s work with orphaned and vulnerable children in Cape Town.
- How it works: Visit our fundraiser page to make an online donation. Each ten dollar donation reveals a tile featuring an image from our daily work. Or you can even submit your own photo to be included. As tiles are purchased, the full mosaic design is gradually created.
- Want to see it? Each tile corresponds to a specific space in the Mosaic Grid. You will receive a confirmation email that includes your tile information. Visit the website to find your tile(s) and see the mosaic being created. The fundraiser ends when all the tiles are purchased and the complete mosaic is revealed.
- Celebrate your participation: When the mosaic design is complete, all participants will receive a high-resolution image that can be used as an inspiring desktop background. You will also be able to purchase mugs, notecards, and t-shirts with the mosaic design. Just contact [email protected] with questions.
- Best of all, every cent will go toward the important work of CHOSA.
And if CHOSA is a cause you believe in, spread the word! Share this blog post with your friends and colleagues, and encourage them to participate. Donate today and double your impact: A generous donor has agreed to match donations up to $2000. Thank you for your continued support of CHOSA, and we look forward to your participation.
Sincerely, the CHOSA Staff and Board,
Jared Sacks, Ondela Manjezi, Solitude Dasie, Zukie Mabuya,
